The unique tones of sea salt at the front sensorial line, prepare UP-UP Dark Sea Salt to be a bar that magnifies the nutty flavours with a resemblance of roasted hazelnuts and well-defined chocolate-like tones, both characteristic of this dark chocolate Single Estate 50% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia. With a soft and rounded aftertaste, this sweet and savoury bar is an endless treat. Made in Scotland.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sea salt (<1%), and vanilla extract.
