If you are unsure of your size or in between sizes, please size up. These shirts are very snug fitting.
Traditionally used to make pea coats for mariners, the dense weave of melton makes it superbly resistant to water and wind.
This is a meticulously constructed shirt, ideal for the inclement weather typical in the Pacific Northwest, with a contemporary take on a timeless design. It is made from warm and softer than average post-consumer recycled wool, soft, sturdy, and naturally insulating, with elevated comfort and breathability for all-day wear.
It’s manufactured in a unique, dye-free process that saves water and eliminates the need for harmful chemical dyes.
This shirt is finished with a button-down collar, a drop-in chest pocket, double-button sleeve plackets, and a curved hem.
The two-tone buttons are based on Canadian military buttons from the Second World War. A double yoke lies comfortably on the shoulders, and a box pleat allows more freedom of movement across the back.
